Peter had a broad employment experience prior to coming to the Bar including:

• a researcher and speech writer for a Federal Parliamentarian,
• a solicitor in both government practice and private practice.

In both government and private practice as a solicitor he specialized in health law, in particular medical negligence claims and issues.

At the Bar he has developed a broad commercial litigation practice in all jurisdictions, in particular corporations and insolvency law. He practices primarily in the County, Supreme and Federal Courts.
