Jordan O'Toole is an advocate practicing in criminal, quasi-criminal/disciplinary proceedings, media and sports law.

In criminal and disciplinary proceedings, Jordan appears on behalf of both prosecuting agencies and defence.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Jordan was Associate to His Honour Judge M D Murphy in the County Court of Victoria. There, Jordan assisted his Honour in managing criminal trials and various other criminal proceedings, and proceedings in the Confiscation List of the Court.

Jordan is reading with Ms Anne Hassan, and his Senior Mentor is Ms Sally Flynn QC.
