Damian practices in all areas of criminal law.
Since coming to the Bar he has extensive experience appearing for the Prosecution and Defence in the Magistrates' and County Courts.
Prior to joining the Bar, Damian was a Senior Solicitor at the Victorian Office of Public Prosecutions. He worked in General Prosecutions, as a Drugs Specialist and in the Higher Court Appeals Unit. As a Senior Advocate he appeared in all jurisdictions from the Magistrates' Court to the Court of Appeal, in general crime and for the Specialist Sex Offences Unit.
Prior to working at the Office of Public Prosecutions Damian was Associate to His Honour Judge Dyett of the Victorian County Court.
